TMNT First Edition

Unread post by Yendor »

Anyone else think that having Palladium post TMNT First Edition's skills/W.P.s in Cutting Room Floor, as a download would be a good idea? I've been going through After the Bomb (the other books, not the new one), and wanting to revise/update the various NPCs, as well as curiosity as to how the old skill system worked.

I vote yes. It would be good to have & look at, and have as an optional rule to the current ones.

So you're looking for the pre-revised first edition skills system?

I'll admit that I'm a bit curious too, since my copy's of the AtB first edition book are based on that system. I suppose that's why I always ran Down Under campaigns.

Pretty much, and yeah, that's why. Sure, the new After the Bomb has apprenticeships and background skills, but the NPCs were polished a bit but still use the pre-revised first edition skill system, as do most of the backgrounds from most of the AtB books. And seeing numerous references to it, but not having the skills system leads to a bit of an annoying situation.
