one notable thing about the DF's would be that they'd have few, or no, fixed communities. much more likely, they'd have Pods of Dolphins and possibly orca, in a nomadic society. it's likely they'd have rafts or boats they tow/sail around, but your not likely to see ant real "cities".

IIRC it's also mentioned in a Rifts World Book, I think one of the South America books; where a fleet is rifted in. But seeing as how I dumped the atrocity that is Rifts I no longer have Rifts books.
