Working away . . .

Unread post by Kevin »

We are all working away

Sorry you haven’t heard from me for a while. We’ve all been working away to get books finished and to the printer. Time has been flying by and even 14-16 hour days seem much too short.

We’re working hard and a bit behind deadline so I’m gonna keep this Murmur short.

The Rifter® should go to the Printer Friday. It’s another great issue. I need to get Heroes of the Megaverse® to the printer the following Friday, and immediately dive into Triax™ 2 to get it to the printer shortly thereafter. We want all three books out in the month of April and we’re doing everything in our power to make that happen.

I skipped seeing my Dad today, so I could get caught up on writing Heroes of the Megaverse®. We spoke on the phone and it was actually his idea that I stay and work. It was a good plan, but I seemed to get drawn away to doing other things, including time spent with a couple of unexpected visitors. I doubt I’ll get more than six hours of writing in today. Grrr. At least the book is looking good (great even), but Wayne and I both need to kick it into high gear.

Online sales for the week have been outstanding so far. The weekend sales were strong and Tuesday and Wednesday morning numbers were much higher than expected, which was a very, very welcomed sight. Things are still rough so strong sales are a huge relief, provided they stay that way.

Dimensional Outbreak™ is selling like crazy, Open House admissions have picked up (only 6 weeks away), and with only a week and a half to take advantage of the special Rifter® subscription offer, we are selling a good number of them as well.

We are excited about the strong sales (even if it has only been 2-3 weeks) and pray they continue. We're also excited about the books we're working on and other upcoming releases. Man, we are on fire.

Speaking of which, I better get back to writing one of those books

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day and game on.

Sincerely,
Kevin Siembieda
