So question, the Lizard Mage seems to read as a RCC but it doesn't have a xp chart. Also if it is a RCC what would they get per level?
You could read it that they get all the bonus's of the Lizard Mage then choose a OCC and level that way. Was just wondering what other's have done.

No, they dont ever need to gain a level again after taking the Lizard Mage - Lord of all Magic R.C.C.

actually, just make them continue on their OCC abilities or learn a new OCC.

They don't have an XP chart because it says clearly they're intended as an NPC monster race. I would suggest giving them the same XP chart as a dragon, though.

Give them the XP chart on whatever OCC they are concentrating on. You would have to choose which of the two OCCs would be advancing and which would be frozen at what ever level is rolled or you could choose just one OCC and when the PC is a high enough level have them pick up a new OCC.

I am using double the dragon chart but then again I have training in LLW, Stone Master, Summoning, Diabolism, Techno-Wizardry and Alchemy.

I'd say he doesn't get an OCC and would go off the dragon exp.

If you allowed him to have an OCC the doubling of the dragon exp scale seems appropriate.
