Favorite TMNT Television Series
In the 25 years since TMNT emerged from the comics to television. Several reincarnations of the show have been produced. What was your favorite show?
Personally while I grew up with the original TMNT cartons, I loved the direction the newer cartoon series took. While the last two seasons of TMNT '03 I found questionable in their direction from the earlier seasons they still were entertaining and provided a good closure to the series.
NOTE:I know they will have a 3rd reboot of the series in 2012 but since its not out yet I don't consider it an option to be placed in the poll.

Svartalf- Shinobi, You're twisted
Mack- I'm constantly amazed at what people will put their energy into. This planet needs more predators.
Saitou Hajime- What kind of Americian are you?
Shadyslug- Good question

Re: Favorite TMNT Television Series
The original cartoon destroyed the RPG market for TMNT and though entertaining wiped out any serious thought about the franchise until the recent cartoon incarnation. In all fairness, I didn't even hear of options 2 & 3 until it was mentioned here.
Edit: Took a few minutes to watch some of options 2 & 3 and boy was that a few minutes that I wish I could take back.

If you actually watched through an entire episode of either one, your mind is alot stronger than most.

Re: Favorite TMNT Television Series
I voited the original because it was in fact my first introduction to TMNT. ONce i was able to read the original comics ( I understand they were orignially B&W and I have a colourized TPB 4 volumes) and actually liked hte grittiness better I still am entertained by the 1st gen cartoon.
I am very opinionated. Yes I rub people the wrong way but at the end of the day I just enjoy good hard discussion and will gladly walk away agreeing to not agree

After watching that, not anymore.
The first was entertaining though but my favorite is the most recent. Turtles Forever was a neat movie made for the recent series with some cameos from different series/media.

I actually enjoyed most of it. As I said last two seasns Fast Forward and Back to the Sewer I felt were more younger oriented in their plot, and style. Didn't feel as dark and edgy as the previous seasons, but still entertaining none the less.

Didn't care for Back to the Sewers saga either. Especially the change in animation style.

So did I. They did a wonderful job with how'03 turtles met their 80's version. My old hicup with it is they did not get the orginal cast to do the voices for the 80's turtle cast.
