There are several examples of devices that generate and/or store P.P.E. for later use. I don't recall many if any that do the same for I.S.P.

Are there any?
There are ISP batteries listed in ether the Western Empire book or the Eastern Territories book. And there might be some listed in the Island at the Edge of the World book.
Most of them are single use items. (i.e.: not rechargeable)
