On several boards here I read that the New Navy bombed the lord of the deep
untill he fled Rifts Earth.
Was this just in someones games or is it cannon?
If this is cannon what books is it in?

No I'm sure that was from my game. We bombed it and had a dozen greater water elementals force him through a portal. Only water elementals could really do anything against him because of the water pressure and depth.
