My first thought is that I hope you really know your players.

It could be funny for them, or it could just be funny for you, and crude, sexist and embarrassing for them.
To give an extreme example, some GMs think rape is funny.

Realistically, I wouldn't think that going into heat would be that much of a problem. She's feral, but she's still intelligent, right?
Technically, female humans "go into heat" once a month. They get some tampons, and try to ride out the hormonal stuff, and generally succeed.

I have a recurring character just for that, a very insane (Mostly delusional) being, a Kildred (Sorta) who survive the Chaos war and was just left batty. Tends to follow major events and do things like chase imaginary butterflys, sell lemon aid in the midst of the Baalgor Wastelands and the like. Real danger is that her psionic powers are VERY strong, and she doesn't really know how to keep them in check, and physical contact with her typically causes bad results like mind wipes, memory loss, insanity or possession (I have a table of what psi power she uses).

I would say any dogboy nearby is going to come looking for her at the very least. That instintive stuff is hard to control. Or a majority would hate the CS because how they are treated.

You could use the intoxication table bonuses and apply to it her. That would allow the character to maintain some control, but suffer some effects.

Exactly, don't forget they would be able to smell she was in heat also, might have an effect on the males too.
