Re: Would this be to twisted ?
watch the movie marathon man...then ask that question again.
by the way...there is no need to delay the other PCs witnessing the torture.
also there really is no need to actually go through with the torture either...
implied violence is a much better interrogation technique than actual violence. (despite what 24 would have you believe.)

Every group has one problem player. If you cannot spot the one in your group; look in the mirror.
It is not a good session until at least one player looks you in the eye and says "you sick twisted evil ****"

Re: Would this be to twisted ?
that scene is one of the great iconic scenes of cinema.
even people who have never seen it know of it.
if you have your heart set on using the scene...
I would suggest not using the PCs as the victims.
(Again implied violence is much better than the actual violence,)
instead cage/detain the PCs in full view of the interrogation chamber (for a twist you could make the LLWs HQ either an old corrections institution, an old hospital, or an old orthodontics office) then have the LLW preform his questioning on an NPC. depending on what kind of reaction you are looking for from the PCs. making the NPC rather large and imposing and then having him/her/it scream like a stuck pig works well for un-nerving PCs, as does making the NPC a weak little nobody for eliciting revulsion, and if you want the PCs to feel pure seething unreasoning hatred then make the NPC a child. (yeah my players think I am sick, twisted, evil and that my parents were never married...)

It sounds like it will work to me, as long as your PC's alignments will fit, good alignments, unprincipled, and Aberent will work, but the rest could just say whatever and let the other get tourtured until they are dead.

Re: Would this be to twisted ?
This sounds great! If you describe it in excessive detail it would make it even better. Tell us how it goes if you use this scene. I may have to steal part of this idea eventually.

Lame? No.
Sick and twisted? Maybe.
Totally freaking Awesome? I'm thinking yeah.
