Q: Climb/Prowl from Physical Skills

Unlike most of my questions, this one is relatively straight forward.

When a character chooses Acrobatics and/or Gymnastics, they receive a percentage bonus to their Climbing and Prowl Skills, or receive the skills automatically if they haven't already been taken as other skill selections.

Questions:
a) When the Climbing and Prowl are gained via the Physical Skill, do they increase with experience, or do they remain at the fixed rate?;
b) What would apply if BOTH Acrobatics and Gymnastics are taken?
c) If a character receives a percentage bonus to the Physical Skill category, will it increase Climbing/Prowl?

a) if the prowl or climb skill from another physical skill, if in that skill it says it is static it is static, if it gives a XX% +Z%/L then it increases per level.

b) both bonuses (one from each) are giving to the stand alone prowl or climb skills if both Gym and Acro are also taken.

b.1) if you have just both Acro and Gym, then it depends on which book you took the skills from if you got them from it they were static or +x%/L. Only one would give out a bonus to the other if the char only had Gym & Acro.. (gym->acro, or acro->gym)

c) yes, even if it is a static % it receives the cross the board bonus.

The bonuses are bonuses, it matters not if the skills giving/getting the bonuses are gained at the same time.

The bonuses are bonuses, it matters not if the skills giving/getting the bonuses are gained at the same time.
