Casting spells from a Talisman
How many actions does it take to cast a spell that is stored in a Talisman?

I say it is ONE (1) APM to use an item (Gun, blade, drink a Potion, or use a Talisman). So that is my answer.
Remember: A Talisman may be any shape as long as it fits inside the size/mass limits, so it can be a wand, or a brooch, or a button, or a bracelet, or even an earring or a chunk of crystal!

Thank you all. That is what I was thinking, but wasn't sure because I could not find any official reference for it.
