Greetings!
Here is a new Magic Skill (Technical Catagory); Advanced Scroll Conversion
This Skill is more advanced than and replaces the (Every Mage Can Try This) "Scroll Conversion" of 8 % + 2%/ Level, with the following Rule: Base Skill: 16% + 4%/ Level.
This represents the intense studies into the the Art of Scroll Conversion. This Skill CANNOT be taken as a Secondary Skill, and is concidered a Technical Catagory for OCC Bonus Purposes.
