Lookin for a lil help with Rifts.

I'm looking for someone I can consult directly through PM for rules questions in Rifts and GM suggestions. I am currently running a PBP and have questions I like to ask, but don't want to give away any info to the players (who probably frequent this forum). Most of it is small things that could impede the storyline or give them knowledge their character shouldn't have yet. I haven't GMed in over a decade and am realizing I may be lacking a little in some of the rules updates. I own all the books, so I have the information available, just not the time to sift through it all each time I need a clarification. I haven't read some of them in a very long time (I'm looking at you England). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
