Two Questions

I recently bought Heroes of the Megaverse and Armageddon Unlimited, and I have a question on each book.

If a sentient AI or cyborg read the Book of Heroes, would he still get the bonuses and powers?

If a Brodkil became a Heroic Hellion, could he still use the bionics or MOM implants?

My thoughts would be:

1) No. I don't think a cyborg or robot could be imbued with superabilities.
2) I would say yes, but then they don't get any superabilites. The bionics/MOM would replace them.

I'd say yes, and yes. Up to the GM what extent it can go to.
