Nope. There are no rules anywhere for adding features to golems. or zombies. or mummies. There's only a single stock version of each. (well, more zombie types in Dead Reign, but that's a whole 'nother story, and they arn't made by a spell anyway)
However, in the Federation of Magic, the closest you get are Automations, which are extremely advanced golems.
The problem is, only a single class can make them, the High Magus, they take months of time and millions in resources, and they require a specific God to imbue them with a portion of his own power to activate. So...not really what your looking for.
And before you ask, no, you can't customize THEM either, there's just a number of premade models.

Re: Adding abilities to Golems
One of the Rifters had an article about golems. It included adding special abilites to them.

I looked through my library of rifts books, and found no entry about adding extra spells and/or abilities to constructs/automatons. My query is whether or not it is possible, by the Rules, and if so, where can I find them?
You could always cast Superhuman Speed on them for short duration boosts.
If you can find a PFRPG Diabolist, he/she could add a permanency ward to that spell, making it permanent.
Or other spells, like Fly As The Eagle, Fleet Feet, etc. etc.
Here's a discussion from a while back about generally improving and buffing up your golems.
