1)Where can I find rules on grappling? I am looking for rules on how to handle characters with different strength levels, and what does a character need to do to break a hold (roles, bonuses, ect...)?
2)How long does it take for a character to suit up in a Silver Eagle/Samas power armor? I've house ruled 30 seconds , but I don't want to cheat my players if it should be shorter. If there are no offical rules, what is everyones' opinions on the matter?
Thanks in advance!

Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say "YES"!

Re: A couple questions...
Most Power Armors will take characters who are proficient in it's use to suit up in 1 minute (60 seconds) to as much as 3. For anyone else it will take almost 5 minutes or more, IIRC.
R:UE, page 345 mentions holds in combat and how the victim can escape. I would also house rule that a back flip can be attempted to escape or reverse positions where they are now in the dominate position, but at a penalty.
