Base PPE and ISP

I was woundering what the base PPE and ISP for a common smoe. The witch bonuses says additional but there is no base like in other OCC classes.

For a non mage is listed in the Race description. (For humans it is 2d6. For elves it is 5d6.)

For any other char w/o any Psi, they have no ISP.

As noted by Drewkitty, no ISP for non-Pisonics, it's a honed trait. For the less math inclined, that 2D6 roll averages out to 7 for the typical human.

*wispers* yes the is true, but we were keeping it simple for the nu be. And letting him find it out for himself when he looks through out the books. Like in BTS1 page 74.
