Energy Bolt breaks all armor?
Does anyone know where to find official rules on magically guided spells like, "Energy Bolt (Dodge 18)," and Armor Class (A.R.)? I'm trying to find out if spells like Energy Bolt automatically beat a A.R. 17 or lower. Of if, the player still has to roll a twenty-sided dice to check for A.R. defeat?

I'm not sure that it's officially addressed in that context- it's never really described in the books how Armor Rating interacts with spells that don't have strike rolls.
And technically, "Saving Throw: Dodge of 18" is not actually a strike roll.

The only damaging spells that can bypass armor state in them that they by-pass armor.

pretty much. Energy bolt always hits armor if the target fails to dodge, assuming the target has any.
