Can they reproduce with OTHER human beings or are they strictly limited to cloning themselves like a cell?
If they in fact CAN reproduce with other creatures, could it be something like an Asari from Mass Effect that can mate with ANYONE?

IIRC they are sterile and only reproduce asexually...fully grown then the mother dies....something like that.

Mostly correct. The original "mother" doesn't die. She can go on to "bud" more warrior women. In essence, they are spawned, not born.

The sploogs did it so that they'd pass on more genes essentially copying themselves so that their obedience, dependancy on Sploog biowizardy to see and population size could be controlled. True Born can breed like rabits... not literally. They've also got some other abilities and issues that makes them a BAD thing for Sploogs to keep around.

Like Hagan is a hack and got the idea for the Shemarians and the Monst-Rex from D-Bees he ran into (story somewhere in the Shemarian fan created thread) and then this Free or True Altarian and the King Arthur and a young Myrdin d’Monchilder of Caledon son of Wydt Ymrys Ambrosius also known as Merlin taking the throne from Arthuu and Zashaun (sp?) and that there is still a section of MI5 that was specifically waiting for signs of The Kings return. The groups heritage is of the Britains that wanted to remain in power and feared the return of the Celtic (pronounced Kelt-Ick, not Selt-Ick for you sports wackos ) King. The young orphan woman (in her late teens) that was "raised" by "an orthodox priest and the women of his parish" was a D-Bee, not by species but by time and dimension travel, when the priest found her she was clothed in a nightgown, covered in blood, she had no memory of where she came from or who she was... except the name Romanova. The women of the parish named her Sonya. I kept everything else from the book as far as what she knew and experienced. What no one knows is that she is the Grand Dutchess Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova who was saved by Grigori Rasputin, not a big deal but just a little timeline/dimensional fun for me. The USS Eldridge appears for a short time off of Philadelphia during my campaign. Oh, yeah and one of the ones I really like. The Vampire Kingdom that covers Mexico City... I forget which one, favors humans. Rather it understands that humans provide food and rather than treating them as cattle they reward them for voluntarily donating blood. They keep them safe from other vampires, they punish vampires that take advantage of humans, they give humans freedoms and even a say in running the government. So not only does the VI receive the worship energy from his vampire minions but many of the humans also worship him. The VI and as trickle down the vampires embrace the technology of the humans and use their superior intellect to advance the technology. Imagine Mexico City, all ruins washed completley away, Lake Texcoco has shrunk around the island, and the VI has his temple on the Island surrounded by an ancient looking city named Tenochtitlan, beyond the water which forms a "small" ring lake around the lake is a more modern city that is shaped as a circle with streets spoked outward centered on the temple on the island. The city is surrounded by a giant wall and over the city is a temporal shield... but that is a longer explenation so I'll just stop here. I've varied the rest but my oldest is a Splycer house floating over Hawaii, The Regis in the Arctic under the ice, the REF icelocked in the Antarctic, the UNSpacy of Macross II base Alus appeared on the dark side of the moon, A Mechanoid mother ship appeared in the great storm on Jupiter and is locked in the gravitational pull (just as a threat... will they make it out? Will they survive? Type thing). Nightspawn keep popping up with more regularity (mostly by walking through the mysts on the astral plane).

attractiveness is relative. a lot of splugorth minions are not the sort who are likely to think in terms of human attractiveness. probably the closest to a human aesthetic (other than the true atlantean tribe, which iirc is outranked by the warrior women due to seniority) would be the kydians, and let's face it... imagine a kydian woman, do you think you'd find her extremely attractive? odds are good that from a kydian perspective, blind warrior women are not any more attractive.

and while they are slaves, they're also a minion race. that means they're not slaves that are available to the general public.

For the Splugorth the aestehtic is the opposite; you want the beings that you're going to use as cannonfodder to be not good looking by your aesthetic, so you don't become attached to them. The fact that Bioborgs tend to be hideous can be seen in this light as creating a work of art from base beginnings(though it's more likely that the Splugirth and their cronies just get off on the suffering that being made ugly inflicts on beings who consider themselves attractive).

Oh yeah, and don't forget that Kydians are probably serious romantics and some of the sex-machines(in terms of lovin') of the Megaverse when it comes to the high-K breeders(as in actually lavishing time and attention on individual offspring instead of pumping out a zillion instinct-preprogrammed eggs. They're encouraged to have large families, and better performance at work means more time and bonues to spend at home doing the horizontal tango with the missus. Aside from worshipping the Splugorth, the next in the Kydian pantheon is probably the spirit of female fertility, with the ideal Kydian woman having wide childbearing hips, multiple breasts(as in more thah one set), rude health, and the ability to talk about the next romantic getaway she's going to be taking with her husband while she's pumping out twins or triplets. Kydian men on the other hand murmur sweet nothings, drop little love notes to their significant others, and bring home lots of loot ("I saw this while I was helping conquer a planet-wide metropolis and slaughtering the Presidential Guard in their Hall of Government and I thought 'You know who would really like that? My big sweet Malimee, you!'").

Hey don't forget that sploogs are AIs and as such probably don't even think about sex. Remember they aren't supposed to think anything like mortal, non-supernatural creatures. For all we know every dollar of profit a sploog makes is considered a child and they aren't really bad guys they're just protecting their children and trying to have more. The sploog god said multiply and profit.

In my world they are fully autonomically correct females organ's wise (minus the parts for actual zygote creation) they are more then capable of having relations , just unable to become preggers .

I stick to the traditional book backed standings on their reproduction.
