Yes, anti-magic cloud can negate other anti-magic clouds. It really dosn't matter the senario, one anti-magic cloud always negates others so long as something able to cast in an anti-magic cloud casts it, or someone outside of the cloud does.

I would have to disagree... There is that pesky phrase in the spells description "Cannot be dispelled by magical means"...
IMO: The clouds would co-mingle (covering a larger area) and the original caster would also have to save vs AMC. And assuming both casters make their saves you would then have 2 (or more) mages who are battling it out at 1/2 power. YMMV however.

Anti-magic cloud isn't really a dispelling so much as a surpression of all magic energy in an area.
It made a lot more sense before they gave it a save.

Earliest mention of the AMC spell is in 1st ed Fantasy (Pg. 75) it had a save even then.
