Atorian Empire
after a few months off of HU gaming I'm starting a new games and trying go find all the info on the Atorian Empire i can. So I have AU, AU:GG, Rifts 14 & 17 but do any other books have info on the Empire (manly because we will not see the guide to Imperial space in my life time and I'm only 33 ) thanks for any help.
A little background on the game
the game idea I’m running with is an Alien unlimited game taking place right at the start of the Atorian Empire 6th expansion. The players kind of want a star wars fell to the game. human do not have space flight so humans as PC are out and they cannot play Atorians other than that I’m good with whatever they want to play. My three ideas for the game are
1. A group of pirates (or space scavengers) who are supplying one side or the other (or both) and get pulled into the main war by collecting and item or person for one side and deciding they cannot had it over to them.
2. A small expedition force studying a planet and get stuck there when the Athorians take the planet as a staging point destroy their ship and the characters have to steal a new ship and warn their government.
3. Or the cry for help “help me obi wan your my only hope” although this might me the easy route it seems to predictable
Or any other ideas would be a great help.

Re: Atorian Empire
I have not read about the Atorian Empire a while . My first thought is borrow ideas from Stargate SG1

Re: Atorian Empire
#1 and #2 seem promising.
Another idea is perhaps the players finding a group of Atorians in an area not known to have Atorians -- [in the pirate/lawless quadrant directly opposite of Les Iban]

Picked #! cause it stands out to me. cause you typoed the word 'an' as the word 'and'.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Re: Atorian Empire
In my somewhat ongoing Atorian Invasion game, the majority of troops encountered planet side are Atorian Allies [Thropo and Photin mainly followed by slaves] and not the Atorians themselves. Atorians for me where leaders, officers, politicians, etc. Some had additional or specialized roles as well such as magic using shock troops, psi-assassins, fleet commanders, etc...

Re: Atorian Empire
Personally stealing enemy ships has always been a fun thing in space games I have played.
Re: Atorian Empire
Soooooo much potential. I like the invasion and getting trapped on the planet. Love that no humans idea. I will have to write something up see how you all like it. I like the atorians and do think they are awsome villians, might change the hair cut, but thats personal preference.
