Stats for Santa anyone?

Unread post by Nightmask »

Given you can't get much more public domain than Santa Claus anyone ever do up stats for him?
Fair warning: I consider being called a munchkin a highly offensive slur and do report people when they err in doing so.

It's 'canon', not 'cannon'. A cannon is a big gun like on pirate ships, canon is what you mean when referring to something as being contained within one of the books such as how many dice to roll for a stat.

You are correct!

I bought Rifter # 0, Josh Hilden did a kickass job with Santa! Now if only we could get a decent write-up for Krampus...

Isn't Krampus owned by Superhero City?

Part of German tradition so Krampus should be public domain.

So what would one do for a Christmas demon with the same powers as Santa but takes out the bad kids?

Use Santa's stats probably, but change the alignment to start with.

You mean St. Nicholas's oft-forgotten partner, the one that kidnapped (and ate) bad kids while St. Nick was rewarding the good ones?

That's the one! There's also legends that Krampus could actually become more than one being, I think 9 of him.

I imagine in a world where he's a literal personification like Santa Claus that the world would simply not have too much population trouble, or much crime either given how many naughty kids would get hauled off every year.

Then again the DBZ world never seemed to improve overmuch in spite of how many times the world's population was killed to the last man, woman, and child and Goku and Company wished that everyone but the really bad ones didn't return. You'd think having so much of your population disappear like that, emptying prisons and the like, that people would wise up and become uniformly good if only for fear that they'd vanish one day.

Still, would be nice if Christmas time would come around and see all the gang kids just vanish, reducing all that gang-related crime we have to deal with.
