Mystic Warriors from New West
Do you treat their Psi Tomahawk and Psi Spear as Psi Swords per the Psi power or do you treat them as Psi Swords per Cyber Knights?

They are kin to regular Psi-Sword power.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

NO ISP cost as written.
Special OCC ability with the Psi-spear as written to throw it.
OCC Damages listed for their version of the Psi-tomahawk and Psi-spear.
We know they can form as One Action (not free) and yet does not take one full melee (like normal psychics)
What do you mean treat it like the Cyber-Knight or Traditional Psi-sword ability ?
Its their Special version. One Action to summon, Free cost, special damages per OCC.

My copy of Spirit West does not say one way or the other on how long it takes to summon or cost. It does list special damage and features.
