There are different places in the books that deal with attributes over 30.
In rifts there are listings in the RCB1 RGMG and RUE.
HU2 has it's way of dealing with them in the HU2 Main Book.
The ATB2 has it's text on this in it's main book also.
I believe that N&S has a chart that goes above 30. (but I can't find it atm)
TMNT chart that go up to 42

So your best bet is to look in that setting's main book to see how that setting deals with attributes over 30.

In most of the dealings, the IQ bonuses stop increasing at stat score of 30.

What RCC gives a boost to the race's attribute scores to make it go over 30?

May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.

Would the minor power(s) Extraordinary PS and Super Human PS be considered "augmented strength" in a Rifts setting?
