Experience Tables...

Unread post by Grug »

How many other GMs out there have created there own experience table?

I always felt it was unnecessary to have a different table for each class. So I made one that all classes use.

I like the xp table the way they are because it allows people who play less powerful OCC's/RCC's (such as City Rats) to advance in levels faster than those who are more powerful (such as Dragons).

I agree with you, to a point. I just feel there are too many tables. What if their was only three tables, then how would you feel?

low xp table (Vagabonds ,scholars and etc.)
medium xp table (Warrior, thief and etc.)
high xp table (Wizard, Paladin and etc.)

I think three is too few. I would go with at least five, personally.
