Grappling Claw + Grappling Gun + Short Burst Micro Rockets.
I'm also fond of...
Missile + Drill
And retractable helmets for environmental armour.

I always made sure my Operator had a scanner for Bots and power armor. Same sort of thing as a car scanner except for bots. And he always carries a Rifts Multi-Tool styled gizmo for basic repairs on all sorts of equipment. I imagined it would have a small cutting/soldering laser and several screwdriver/ratchet type tools with pliers and a small Vibroknife.

I've always assumed that any active radar has a passive mode that minimally alerts you to the direction and possibly range of anyone with an active radar or radio transmitter.

Not that kind of scanner Flatline. This would be similar to the kind of scanner your auto mechanic would use to 'scan' your car to help with fault diagnosis. Basically a special kind of computer except this one would be for bots and power armor.

I've just got to ask?
What situation required these???
A better question to ask would be:
"What situation doesn't require these?"
"He who commands the kitchen commands the ship." -C. Magewind, Ley Line Rifter and self proclaimed "Best Cook in the Three Galaxies"
"The question is not why the mechanoids kill the humanoids, but only why nobody did it sooner." -Killer Cyborg
1. I was thinking of a "cool" weapon for a Crazie to use and "giant claw hand gun that carries you into the sky then turns off so you fall to you death" came to mind.
2. My first character (who really should have been an Operator with a Giant Robot and not a Giant Robot Pilot) was a miner and ended up in space for the first few adventures which made me realize a "missile that drills an entry hole for the team" seemed like a really good idea.
3. I have a penchant for dramatic flare and there is just something "cool" about being able to retract your helmet so you can spit in the face of your attacker and call him a piece of **** right before you activate the self-destruct in your power armour.
