None that I can think of. But gradual replacement of one's organs, bones and skin from someone younger through flesh sculpting would be one way.

The only spell that can permanently effect one's age is the Chi Magic spell 'Weep Beens of Life'.

There are two magic circles that can change your life expectantcy in the Old Ones book, by changing whoever walks into it into an elf a a certain gender. (Male or Female depending on which one used.)
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

In the Old Ones book there's a Circle of Youth that reduces age by half each time it's used, with no limit to how many times it may be used in a lifetime. The only limit I can recall is that it won't de-age someone into pre-teen childhood years.

There's also a Circle of Soul Transference a page or two away from the youth circle. If you want to avoid the straight up de-aging from the youth circle, you could have someone switching into younger bodies as needed.

My books are still packed up, so I can't tell you the exact page, but I'm fairly certain both circles are very close to the end of Old Ones.

There's also the Fountain of Youth in the Yin-Sloth Jungles book that reduces your age to around 20, but at the cost of making you a 1st level character.

Sure it's in yin-sloth? Only things I can find in there are the Clone spell and water from the goddess at the end of the adventure.

If we're including magically created items like this, isn't there a Mystic Herbology thing in Rifts England that does something along these lines?

Though I recall it being temporary and possibly limited to appearance only as opposed to genuine life extension.

I always thought that Temporal Wizards and, to a lesser extent, Temporal Warriors should have extended life spans. Seems like having limited mastery over time would, at least poetically, include some resistance to the ravishing of time.

One way of doing that would be by having a Temporal Magic spell that halts or slows down the effects of aging. The other would be to do it as an OCC ability.

There is a herbal magic potion that give the user the vitality of being younger, but that is only for 4-24 hours. After which they feel older for 4-24 hours. Like a drugy's high and crash.

When a Bean of Life is used as a 'pill of regeneration', the Bean of life, the user gains "an additional twenty-five years of youthful life and vitality."

This was discussed some time before, here's some ideas that came from it.
Zerebus: "I like MDC. MDC is a hundred times better than SDC."

kiralon: "...the best way to kill an old one is to crash a moon into it."
