Yep all the trade languages have their own written languages. There's a part in one of the flavor text somewhere with the same message on a sign written in each of the different trade tongues.

The 3 galaxies trade languages are for the most part just the most common languages used in the 3 galaxies. They aren't some languages just created to facilitate trade. There are lots of humans so their language is a trade tongue. There are lots of Wolfen so their language is a trade tongue. There was never any Emperor figure like in China to make everyone use the same written language so they stayed the same as they always were.
