No it was never stated out. I dont think Palladium had any right to the tv show material. The rpg was based off of the original comics.

The Last Darkness wrote:Basicaly ignore anything you saw in any of the cartoons. Actualy read the comics, they are way better and much more mature and dark then the slapstick comedy of the shows and movies.
I must say though the first movie and the first story arc of the newer cartoon series really did try and keep to the origenal comic as much as they could.
Right now im waiting on Infestation 2: TMNT where the turtles discover eldritch horrors in the deepest parts of the sewers.
Have you seen the newest animated movie cross over?
Turtles Forever
The comic book turtles are in it.

Turtles Forever was good. The original black/white comic turtles were sweet in it.

Yep.. it's about like that. *nods* The differences I mean. I MUCH prefer the old style. NECA recently did figures that were amazing. http://www.toymania.com/sites/default/files/tmnt02.jpg
Belive it or not, the more recent (( Just hit stores a few weeks ago)) Nickelodeon series figures, based off their new cartoon, are surprisingly good figures. Not as good as the NECA ones, but they're $6-$9, instead of $20-$30 each.

Lt. Nyota Uhura: I'm impressed. For a moment there, I thought you were just a dumb hick who only has sex with farm animals.
James Tiberius Kirk: Well, not _only_...
