Well the heading says it all! A buddy of mine wants to "emulate" that lovable Wesley Snipes character *wink* only in the RIFTS universe -- and maybe with an affinity for Demons instead of the Undead. We've been having a little difficulty making it all work because that darn Vampire Kingdoms Sourcebook isn't out yet! *cringe* We've been tossing around a few ideas:
Atlantean Undead Slayer
Demon Queller (Japan)
Goblin Wrangler (China2?)
Dragon Juicer (this kinda seems fitting for "Blade" -- with the juicer harness for BLUD!)
Demon Hunter (Armageddon Unlimited)
Cold-Blooded (Merc Adv.)
Anyone with any input please feel free to weigh in! I value your feedback!

The Rifter 49 vampire variant didn't meet your criteria? I would think that, or a Nightbane Wampyre would pretty much be perfect.

Slayer OCC, pg136, Worldbook:18: Mystic Russia
while the class is presented as a Eurasian one, i see no reason a similar class couldn't exist in smaller numbers in other parts of the world. just change the languages around.
the Slayer OCC is a pretty neat one. in addition to the normal lore and combat skills as you'd expect, the class gets a number of abilities, which are described as 'half training, half magic'. the ability to recognize supernatural shapechangers. immunity to being turned into or controlled by a vampire. see the invisible. heals on a ley line. and a number of spells they can cast.

Thanks for all the great input guys! The Slayer OCC was one I didn't remember. I wanted to add the "Great Demon-Catching Hero" to the list as well.

The Rifter 49 has Wampyr (same as Nightbane), Dhampyr, Scourge, and Vampiriki? -- lots of awesome options!

So if I get it, I'll just be getting a Nightbane reprint? =/Witchcraft wrote:The Rifter 49 has Wampyr (same as Nightbane)
