Well, you've got the level 8 invocation, Commune with Spirits, which is sort of like Contact other plane. maybe. kinda.

As for Legend Lore, I'm not familiar with any spell that is like that. There's a couple psionics that come close though.

astral projection allows communication with spirits on the astral plane. also mystic and shifters have communication abilities.option 2 if you PM me i will explain how to make the other games spell lists work for you.
