Mind Mage, Mind Melter, Erupter(fire)[aka: Burster], Mystic, "The Psychic"

Mind Mage/Mind Melter[I'm counting them as one, despite their differences], Teke Freak[Rifter #50], High Astral Lord[Rifter #9], Burster, Atlanean Dilettante.

Mind Mage/Mind Melter should need no explanation.
Teke Freaks have monstrously powerful combat telekinesis; potential to inflict more than 1d4x100 MD per attack.
High Astral Lords are mega-hero level psychics with godlike power on the Astral Plane, but also have the potential to develop further psionics, spell magic, elemental magic, etc.
Bursters, with a little creativty, fall into the stupid amount of damage category.
Atlantean Dilettantes are not only able to access psionic powers, but can also learn and use magic despite having more than 6 magic tattoos.

I cant say I disagree with any of the lists provided thus far, but I would just like to mention the PU2 Eugenics power category for consideration, and maybe the Empowered power category Psychic option as well, also from PU2.

Honourable Mention to go to the Athanatos from Shadows of Light.

Not counting racial and non-canon material: Mind Melter, Burster, Zapper, Psi-Ghost and Phase Mystic.

The Psi-Ghost class is ether an RCC or a OCC depending on whether or not the individual has inherited the Super Power of intangibility.
So you might want to choose another to fill out your 5.

i really like the Sea Inquisitor, any pcc can be taken to the "next" level with an alignment restriction.

In my opinion, no psychic class is better than the other. It is the player that makes the character better.

A character being better doesn't make the class better though. We're talking about what is the better class, not the better character.

In some cases, there are situations where 1 class is simply net better than the other, no matter how you look at it. HU's master psionic and HU's latent psionic being the most clear-cut, IMO.

I wager the versatility of the Dream Maker (and also the Astral Lord) trumps all other psychics to a ridiculous degree.

One of the main ways a player can make his or her character better is by selecting skills that allow the character to utilize their chosen powers to their maximum effect. Any psychic with super TK and an intimate knowledge of physics and chemistry can manipulate the very building blocks of space, time and reality. Its all in how you use it.

A bit of a stretch depending on how selectively you allow telekinesis to affect things. "I move the proton at the center of this uranium" may not be allowable if the GMs says "no, the chunk of uranium is one object, all or nothing"
