I have got a few questions about Tattoo weapons:
Does each weapon have to have wings to have that feature, or if you have one weapon with wings can wings be activated for all weapons? Or does it have to be all of one type, like swords or axes?
Does Wings count towards one of the 6 active tattoos, or does it count as part of the weapon it is activated with?
If you have a bow does it come with arrows?
Is the bow of the T-Archer different then a normal weapon bow?
Does the Bow itself have to be flaming (or others) to inflict MD, or only the arrows?
Do you need multiple bow types for multiple non-power arrow types?
If not can you have multiple arrow types seperate from the bow?
Does the Rapid fire tattoo (rifter 52) have to be applied to each bow (if you have more than one), or does one apply to all? Does it count as a sperate activation or part of the weapon?
If you have multiple magic features of a weapon (Flames, wings, dripping blood all together, for example) do all features always have to be activated, or can you only pay the PPE cost to activate the features you want?
It has been argued to me that you cannot combine Flaming and Dripping Blood features, but it has also been argued to me that you can, which is correct?
Can one have a tattoo of novelty arrows, like Boxing Glove arrows, and still have them function (as they are magic), provided none are high-tech?

Re: Tattoo Weapons Clarification Questions
Does each weapon have to have wings to have that feature? Only the tattoos that have a feature will have that feature.
Does Wings count towards one of the 6 active tattoos, or does it count as part of the weapon it is activated with? It is a part of the weapon tattoo.
If you have a bow does it come with arrows? No. You need arrow tattoos or real arrows.
Is the bow of the T-Archer different then a normal weapon bow?
Does the Bow itself have to be flaming (or others) to inflict MD, or only the arrows? Only the Arrows.
Do you need multiple bow types for multiple non-power arrow types? No, only one bow is needed.
Does the Rapid fire tattoo (rifter 52) have to be applied to each bow (if you have more than one), or does one apply to all? Does it count as a separate activation or part of the weapon? It is a separate tattoo.
If you have multiple magic features of a weapon (Flames, wings, dripping blood all together, for example) do all features always have to be activated, or can you only pay the PPE cost to activate the features you want? The whole tattoo has ONE set activations cost, And all powers are activated when the tattoo is activated. No, a la cart activations
It has been argued to me that you cannot combine Flaming and Dripping Blood features, but it has also been argued to me that you can, which is correct? The GM is correct.
Can one have a tattoo of novelty arrows, like Boxing Glove arrows, and still have them function (as they are magic), provided none are high-tech? Depends on the GM.
Does Wings count towards one of the 6 active tattoos, or does it count as part of the weapon it is activated with? It is a part of the weapon tattoo.
If you have a bow does it come with arrows? No. You need arrow tattoos or real arrows.

Every individual weapon must have wings. all weapons that don't have wings can't activate them. being of the same type is irrelevent, if you have two sword tattoos, one with wings, one not, then only the one with wings has wings.
Does Wings count towards one of the 6 active tattoos, or does it count as part of the weapon it is activated with?
weapon enhancement tatoos are considered part of the weapon tattoo for activation purposes. so it does not count as an extra activation
If you have a bow does it come with arrows?
Technically....no. I would probablly houserule it does, or that the tattoo also lets them create arrows at 1 PPE per arrow
Is the bow of the T-Archer different then a normal weapon bow?
No, they just get cool arrow tattoos to use with it
Does the Bow itself have to be flaming (or others) to inflict MD, or only the arrows?
Either works, actually. magic bows empower the arrows they shoot, and magic arrows are empowered regardless of bow they use. whichever one you think looks best on your character I suppose.
Do you need multiple bow types for multiple non-power arrow types?
If not can you have multiple arrow types seperate from the bow?
No and yes. One bow can fire all arrow and power arrow types
Does the Rapid fire tattoo (rifter 52) have to be applied to each bow (if you have more than one), or does one apply to all? Does it count as a sperate activation or part of the weapon?
Same answer as the "With wings" question. it only applys to one but counts as one activation
If you have multiple magic features of a weapon (Flames, wings, dripping blood all together, for example) do all features always have to be activated, or can you only pay the PPE cost to activate the features you want?
You have to pay for the whole lot, but it still only counts as one activation.
It has been argued to me that you cannot combine Flaming and Dripping Blood features, but it has also been argued to me that you can, which is correct?
Depends on which side you argue on. There's no expliciting ruling one way or another.
Can one have a tattoo of novelty arrows, like Boxing Glove arrows, and still have them function (as they are magic), provided none are high-tech?
Purely GM's call.
