Sony Pictures is planning to destroy the car used to portray the Ecto-1A from Ghostbusters 2. Concerned fans have started a petition to try and convince Sony Pictures to sell the car instead, so it can be restored.
right now, you can help by going to http://ecto-1a.gbfans.com/ and signing the petition. if we can get enough names, we might be able to get Sony Pictures to change its plans and this bit of film history can find a proper home where future generations can enjoy it.
