What are the 10 immortals from Mystic China?
How do you see each of them being villains in different setting?

This threw me for a loop. This isn't at all what is written on the back of the actual Mystic China book, and is in conflict with the book's contents because:
1. not all immortals have been imprisoned
2. not all immortals are centuries old
3. not all immortals want to enslave humans
4. not all immortals want to achieve ultimate power.
While it's true that SOME immortals can fit some or all of these traits, it's definitely not all of them and it may be a minority.
The ten kinds are:
1. Yin (pg 114-116)
2. Sleepers (pg 116-117)
3. Negative Chi ("Undead/Living-Dead" pg 117-120)
4. External Alchemy ("Alchemical" pg 120-121)
5. Possessed (pg 121-122)
6. Organ-Removal ("Heartless" pg 122-123)
7. Demonic ("Damned" pg 123-125)
8. Capturing Living Ginseng (pg 125-126)
9. Companion to Fallen Deity (pg 126-127)
10. Ti Hsien, Enlightenment with optional Internal Alchemy (pg 127-132)
There's also an eleventh way to live indefinitely by eating Beans of Life, described on pg 96-97. The 2 RCCs (Spirit Foxes and Infernals) are also Immortal beings.
While hypothetically any of the immortals can be villains, for some of them this is not indicated, and for some it is counter-indicated.
There is an implication that Ti Hsien will have Taoist alignments, for example, which is a Good alignment, so it may take some confusion to be a villain.
Sleepers are also pretty passive guys and for them to be a villain you'd probably have to enter their dreams and have them see you as a threat.
Spirit Foxes are generally pretty nice things that might want to play tricks on you.
Yin/Alchemical/Living-Dead/Heartless/Companion are pretty neutral, also, and can simply be victims of unfortunate circumstances. Of these it is certainly the Negative chi/Undead ones who are more motivated to commit to villainous activity though.
Infernals of various sorts are generally pretty bad guys. The Leopards can be honorable or even good, and if a demon wants to Reform then they can limit their evil activity and improve their alignment and become human.
Capturing a Ginseng is a mean thing to do, as is making a pact with a demon, or co-operating with a possessed entity, so those would probably be the most inherently villainous types.
10 different types of Immortals imprisoned for centuries now make their bid to enslave the human race and achieve ultimate power.

Re: What are the 10 immortals from Mystic China?
If you combine the sleepers with the nightbane suppliment between the shadows and make sleepers into dream makers and dancers, you get so e very scary dudes who may not be entirely sane. Imagine someone who can send you a nightmare, now imagine someone who can tear apart the veil between the waking world and the realm of dreams. Living Nightmares are a thing.
Damn ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol! Damn everyone who won’t damn ICE/BCP/Border Patrol!! Damn everyone that won’t put lights in his windows and sit up all night damning CE/BCP/BorderPatrol!!!
If you support ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol at this point, you would have called the Gestapo on the people surreptitiously moving into your neighbor's attic and huffed that you were only following the law.
