Mystic Knights Energy Blast attack question?
What bonus to hit does the Mystic Knight get to him on the attack or is it just straight D20 roll?

Its a natural energy blast. I add P.P. bonuses and any specific to the ability (which I don't believe there are any off the top of my head).

Cosmo-Knights get the strike bonus from their hand to hand skill added to their cosmic energy blasts, u mad, mystics?

In theory, wouldn't any bonus to strike accrue? (Hand to Hand, PP, skills, etc) after all, it is a strike. I know that modern WPs specifically do NOT get PP. But this isn't a WP.

I think there have been natural energy blast powers which have either explicitly said to use HtH strike bonuses, and others which explicitly say not to use them. Then we have to guess how to treat those which don't explicitly say to do so or not.
Whatever the default is, we are left wondering about the affirmation/denial statements. They could either be meant as reminders of how to apply the usual rules, or describing an exception to them.
I think there's probably been an FAQ errata in the Rifters/GMG to cover this but I don't recall where I might've seen it.

Only Physical Prowess. It's not a hand to hand attack. Skills don't add either. Consider that if you're firing this off it's PP bonus and -10 to dodge, as you're probably already in melee with your opponent when you're firing the bolt off.

The standard formula for self-produced ranged attacks is P.P. Bonuses plus any specific attack bonuses.
The Cosmo-knight is the only exception to that rule I'm familiar with.
