I predict a bunch of recycled from previous books like Nightbane and Beyond art to keep under budget.

I'm looking at you, Shadows of Light and Boxed Nightmares and Rifter 16.

I got it to make sure i'm not writing any of the same stuff for my own Dead Reign manuscript.
It's pretty good over all. Indispensable if you're playing a Reaper, or if you're running a group with Reapers, or if you're fighting against Reapers.
No new OCCs, but there are some skill specialties for Reaper PCs (gun expert, medic, etc), and some background fluff. Good stuff for filling out the basic Reaper OCC.
One new zombie which I'm kind of "meh" on. Not bad, but not terribly inspired.
Lots of background material on the Reaper organization and what they do, which is an entertaining read.
At 48 pages it seems a little short, but what's there is pretty solid. I recommend it.
