As we know, the ONLY limitations (including prerequisites, I assume) Shadow Warlocks have in selecting (and using) talents is level limits...
So if one of them copies a Morphus, or selects "Heal Facade" from Survival Guide, do they get the Nightbane healing rate?

If a shadow warlock uses Borrow Morphus, they will gain another banes morphus.
Heal Facade I would have to say would do nothing. yes, they can LEARN it, however, without a natural morphus to take the healing rate from, it would be of no use.
Learning a spell or talent and having that talent be in any way helpful are completely different things.

The thing is, the the 'heal facade' healing race is different than the healing race of morphus anyway, so why not use it?
