I am having a devil a time trying to find the explanation for supernatural "P.E." Is there a chart or something that gives how supernatural physical endurance changes rate of exhaustion or fatigue?
I found this in the spell description of Superhuman Endurance. "it changes the recipient's body in such a way as to mimic supernatural endurance with virtually no fatigue and no stress on the body." Other than that I am having difficulty finding out how to treat "Supernatural" PE.

Re: Supernatural Physical Endurance Question
Pretty much the "does not fatigue" thing. Sometimes indicates that it provides MDC, but not always.
There's no one section that clearly defines it. I think you'd have to start sifting through creatures who have supernatural PS, reading the parenthetical notes after the attribute when they have them, and see what you can piece together.
Might search through old forum conversations as well. Somebody's discussed this before.

I was having a bit of trouble with as well, HOWEVER one of the references for dog boys actually talks about it a bit because they have a bunch of "modifiers" but one of the "mutations" they can get is supernatural PS and supernatural PE. and it does talk about the changes that has. additionally the RUE book has under exceptional (stats above 30) and right around the various strength tables what some of the changes for SU PE does.
I want to say one example is it switches the time for max exertion from seconds to minutes
like there is a note under swimming that explains (sort of) fatigue while swimming, etc.
the reality is a lot of this stuff is NOT well laid out because info is buried in paragraphs scattered through many books, not all together in 1 place.
Re: Supernatural Physical Endurance Question
Supernatural P.E. means a lot of different things to a lot of different beings. You can find a lot of the differing "options" by going here and scrolling down to "Attribute Questions".
I think the most apt explanation offered is the one that comes from Mystic China although in that F.A.Q. it adds an extra ability or two that aren't associated with the Supernatural P.E. The real powers described for SN P.E. within Mystic China are the following: fatigues at one-third normal rate, is +1 to save vs magic, and is +5 to save vs drugs, poison, and disease.

It also means the character can survive almost indefinitely in hostile natural environs and does not need to eat or sleep for 1 day (week?) per point of P.E. attribute (as per Vampires Source Book).
