I made a larger city for the blood druids in my current game. They're growing a World Tree to be corrupted with the help of a Baalrog King. It's pretty exciting...in that way were my players are like "how the crap do we not die to this?"

its a worldbook expanding on the concepts and setting introduced in Worldbook 17 Warlords of russia and worldbook 18 Mystic russia
specifically, it is providing more details on the "New Sovietski", one of the more powerful russian nations in rifts, and what they are up to.

Yes, exactly what glitterboy2098 said. The book was turned in on New Year's Eve and expands upon the limited source material on the Sovietski. New classes, weapons, vehicles, cyborg bodies, historical information, political and military structure. The book is a treasure trove of information and will hopefully be out soon.
