Sticky Globs
A player has the Sticky Globs power. He is in a hallway and hurls a glob at a bad guy who is flying away with a Mystic Shield up. Should the glob stick the Mystic Shield to the wall?

I should think that a field of magical energy has no physical surface for the globs to adhere to, but for the sake of argument, let's assume that it's like a solid bubble. In that case, the globs could bind the shield to a nearby wall or other surface, but then the character could just cancel the spell and leave the sticky coating to collapse. The only way I could see this working would be to completely engulf the shield in globs.

Yes. It is a physical object until dispelled or its sdc us depleted.
