Does a Mystic Shield spell move with it's target, or is the shield stationary?

I always ruled it moves with the caster.

It moves with the person or object that it is cast around, if it or the person moves.

There is nothing in the text that would imply that it forces what it is cast around to stay still. And the simplistic nature of the text seams to presume that it does not limit the protected.

However, it should of said it is a force field or say it was a Nat. AR 4. Because anything with just a AR 4 is not going to stop anything seeing tht the melee min strike roll is '4'.

I don't think the intention is to have a mobile force field. Very few things that can be described as a wall or a bubble are allowed to move. I think it's more fun if it can move so I would probably allow it but probably at a price because i'm the spiteful type.
