So I was just reading the Chaos Eve short story in Rifter 65 by Shawn Merrow (good story BTW) and one thing on the first page grabbed my attention. He had the Chicago Cubs winning the 2098 World Series.
Now more than 10 years ago I just dropped into a game that some of the pre-Rifts artifacts the players found was from the Cubs winning the 2098 World Series in a sweep. Because to me nothing says "the world will end" more then the cubs winning the series.
I was just wondering, has this come up in anyone's games?

Up till last year I would have lumped a Seahawks Super Bowl victory into that catagory.
