HU conversion to Rift type MDC enviorment question?
So considering that we have both the revised conversion book 1 and Skraypers which is offical conversion system from HU to a MDC enviorment like Rifts?

The Revised Conversion Book 1 supersedes Dimension Book 4: Skraypers, while Dimension Book 4: Skraypers superseded the original Conversion Book 1.

Glistam is correct. The most recent book is supposed to take precedent. That said, your GM may choose to use any of the published rules or write his or her own.

Alternatively, rather than consider 1 superceding the other, it is possible to treat them as different powers with different stats that share the same name. Doesn't hurt to have overlap, we have Extraordinary and Superhuman PS after all.
