Re: Monument City Highschool #69(open humor thread)
I'm presuming the school motto is "Blood and (somebody else's) Guts!" ?

"Trouble rather the Tiger in his Lair,
Than the Sage among his Books,
For all the Empires and Kingdoms,
The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,
Are to him but the Playthings of the Moment,
To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

So basically you gave her a permission slip to go and wreak havoc in somebody else's jurisdiction?

Still, a field-trip to Splynn might be in keeping with MCHS#69's general rep as 'the oddball school'.

Of course, it might end up looking like 'Ridgemont High Goes to Willy Wonka's Monster Factory' with stupid teens wandering off and being picked off by various monsters or turned into inhuman monstrousities...

Sarah umm what kind of zombies are they?
are they the slow zombies
the dumb zombies
the almost indestructible zombies...
zombies with weaknesses etc.
because it affects tactics, I mean if they are slow zombies running is a valid tactic.
if they are dumb zombies setting up a barricade in a sort of v shape with "bait" after the point of the v so they can see but not get to it can be highly effective.
if they are vulnerable to fire a few gallons of diesel fuel and some soap, and an ignition source works real well.....

blake?
on the "zombie note" on sarah's char sheet I had her take wp sword so she could use various sword weapons "better" and she does have a 40+ supernatural strength so a sharpened 100ish lb 6ft+ hunk of mdc alloy would make a good hand and a half / claymore type sword for her (she is an ~7ft wolf psi hound)
Re: Monument City Highschool #69(open humor thread)
guardiandashi wrote:blake?
Blake (From Wikipedia List of RWBY characters)
Voiced by: Arryn Zech
Blake Belladonna: a black-haired girl who wields the Gambol Shroud, a katana with a sharpened sheath that has a pistol in the hilt, which is also attached to a long ribbon that Blake often uses in the style of a kusarigama. In battle, her shadow semblance allows her to create clones of herself to distract or take hits for her. Blake has a quiet nature and a love for books. She is a Faunus (a persecuted humanoid race with animal-like features) and was a member of the White Fang, a social rights advocacy group turned extremist paramilitary organization. She has kept her Faunus identity a secret by concealing her cat ears under a bow.
Blake is an allusion to Belle of Beauty and the Beast; her name, "Blake", is an Old English term for black.
RWBY Black Trailer
Basically the bit about Blake and Sarah chasing each other instead of the zombies was a cat/wolf thing.

blake?
on the "zombie note" on sarah's char sheet I had her take wp sword so she could use various sword weapons "better" and she does have a 40+ supernatural strength so a sharpened 100ish lb 6ft+ hunk of mdc alloy would make a good hand and a half / claymore type sword for her (she is an ~7ft wolf psi hound)
It would still be an interesting fight, IMO.

Don't worry, I got it the first time, but thanks for the info! Love the show!

After much violence and destruction.
SRoss: "Well that's the zombie problem dealt with. The Hunters and Huntresses are all returning to Beacon. Anyone seen Sarah?"
Arnie100 & taalismn:
Meanwhile, Edwards finds a sealed mailing tube on his desk.
Edwards: "What's this?"
Suddenly a hairy arm explodes out the top and grabs Edwards by the throat.
Sarah: "GET ME OUTA HERE!!!"

ALWAYS screen your mail.
If you have to ask "What's this...?" when it comes to mail, you're best off chucking it in the bomb trailer rather than open it(or get near it).

Really, Kyle, you have to ask "Why is it ticking?"
By this time he should be able to tell exactly what model clock/timer from the tick, and whether it's mechanical or digital.

Sadly, some of the students have learned how to make some fairly effective explosive devices from fine powdered flour and sugar.

that's the final for Home Economics and Self Defense 101.
in 201 you get to learn the proper method of defusing it, using the intro class's final product..
