Well, PB won’t even PDF up their own Intellectually Property. What makes you think they would PDF up any Robotech things???? The titles of PB available on DriveThroughRPG are Ancient! PB won’t even allow Current Titles to show up on DriveThroughRPG which means that there is ZERO chance of ever getting a PDF from PB on a product that they may lose licensing for. When they will not allow PDF's of things that they OWN, what do you think of the chances of allowing something they do not own????? I would say none at all.

Actually you got it in one. Or to be more exact, there is a high likelihood that Palladium may not even have the legal rights to make PDFs of Robotech available. Publication rights for paper products do not cover e-products and vice versa.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.
