Hello! I am curious if there is currently a spell in print that allows the caster to temporarily duplicate the effect of d-shifting, as described on page 32 of RUE. If there is not, I would also be interested to see any proposed spell or ritual that you might be able to come up with. Finally, I am curious what you would do to arrest the d-shift, permanently altering an area; effectively swapping a ruined city for a small forest or a blasted desert for a lush jungle.

How to arrest a d-shift.. Anti-magic cloud + permanence ward? Don't really know sir as I am not a player of magic using characters.
