A Robotech Timeline Question?
Acording to the RT TSC game book the Invid invaded and conquered the Eath in 2031 right?, does The Shadow Chronicles take place in 2032?

Re: A Robotech Timeline Question?
2044.
the invid occupied earth for a bit over 13 years.
you can find a full (more or less accurate) timeline at robotech.com
notable events include the 10th mars division invasion in 2038 (which delivered Lancer to earth) and the 21st mars division attack in 2042 (which delivered Scott Bernard)
Lunk was evidently present for the invid arrival in 2031 and fought with the southern cross in the early resistance.
the new Generation segment of the main show occurs between 2042 and 2044, after the invid had ruled for 11 years. (one reason so many people disliked the resistance and collaborated with the invid. you had 10 years of invid attacks on resistance allied groups and communities)
the shadow chronicles film takes place over the span of a few days in 2044, but the conflict it's setting up will take longer. (though if the SDF-3 or other source of protoculture isn't found by late 2045, the UEEF is almost certainly gonna lose, because they'll lose their fold drive capable fleet due to lack of fuel)

Thank you for the info it will come in handy, do you play Rifts and After The Bomb?, if so do you know their current time lines/dates?

Re: A Robotech Timeline Question?
ATB has no timeline evidence to work with, aside from being less than 100 years after the crash. (Weschek of free cattle dates to before the crash, as does a few other NPC's)
as for rifts:
AD 2395, 297 years after the beginning of the great cataclysm.
the date can be found in Worldbook 5: Triax and the NGR, pg22. WB5 is listed as being CS calender year PA-103, the german calender year 2389, 291 years after the start of the cataclysm on Dec 22nd 2098. just add another 6 years to bring it up to PA 109. as the Factory-cities of Triax survived the cataclysm intact, they continued to use the proper calender uninterrupted, unlike most of the rest of the world.
in the same section, we learn the second dark age lasted roughly 188 years

Ahh thanks for the info if I remember rightly The Aftermath game book states that the year is P.A.110-113? after the CS beat Tolkeen? which is the most up to date time line in Rifts?

Getting a bit off topic for a Robotech forum, but the current Rifts timeline is 109 PA with the fall of Tolkeen. Triax 2 I think is in 110 PA. Rifts Ultimate Edition is written with world info updated to 109 PA (although the equipment is all 99 PA era).
I want to see from Palladium:

-Robotech: Errata for Marines timeline, Masters Deluxe with SC and UEEF gear, Spaceships

-Searchable, quality PDFs/E-pubs of current Rifts titles
