I'm still kinda new to Splicers, so bear with me.....
When you add Mega/Omni/Super/Ultra to something like a Casting Thrower, does it remain when you grow it to a Casting Launcher or do you need to get the Upgrade again?
Thanks in advance.

Ranged Weapon Upgrades Question
My apologies up front if my posts come across as argumentative or crass. It is not a personal attack on anyone, just my blunt style. I bear no ill will towards anybody that plays Palladium Games (there’s not enough of us to hold a grudge).

Re: Ranged Weapon Upgrades Question
just make sure you pay close attention, or you may find that you're paying more for an upgrade that doesn't do more
(after all, upgrading your weapon frequently comes with multiple extra benefits rather than just the one; that's fine if all you want is, say, extra damage, but if you find your casting thrower needs more damage *and* more range, you should upgrade to a launcher).

I thought the casting gun went DOWN in range as you upgraded it... am I thinking of a different weapon?

hmmm... afb, but that sounds like maybe the gore ones? pretty sure casting gun gets longer range.
Re: Ranged Weapon Upgrades Question
Borer(sp?) guns, the grub shooters, are the ones that go down in range.
