The Robotech KS suffered under some heavy delays and strange marketing decisions.
What counts for me - I finally got some some very nice Robotech Mecha models and a decent SF skirmish game.
So time to paint some mechs! I started with a Veritech Valkyrie VF-1J in Battloid Mode.
Bit tricky to assemble with some moldlines at the wrong places, but overall a VERY good 6mm (1/300) model!

As usual more pics (Fighter and Guardian Mode!) on my website ->http://www.adpublishing.de/html/robotech.html
BTW - the img bbc did not work, so I had no idea how to post pics. If there is a way, please enlighten me.

Agree! Great job! Way better then what I've done so far.

Wow. Stunning work, Agis! Love the bases especially but everything is so well done. I am incredibly jealous.

I'm always jealous of these types of threads. Never in a million years could I do that.

Same. Though I'm sure, if we had a lot of time, and put some effort into it, we could do it, but as of right now, no.

I just finished painting a couple of Valkyries, and after seeing yours, I'm motivated to try to do a better job. So, yes, I'm jealous of your work too, but I always appreciate seeing wonderful paint jobs. Keep up the good work!!!

Wonderful job, did you use a pen or a wash for the lining?

Great job.
It is always a bad thing when political matters are allowed to affect the planning of operations (Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, 1943)

No pens used. I simply paint the lining.

Brilliant work. Nice and clean. It really makes the model jump off the tabletop. Got any other pictures?
Re: First couple of Valkyries painted
Thanks, I have another Valkyrie on the table, plus a walker.
